The Lower Great Lakes Regional Student Television Awards was created to promote best practices of television production to high school students. The RSTV Awards are offered as an incentive to high school students to achieve excellence in television journalism and to focus public attention on outstanding student achievements in television production. 

Submission of the completed entry form and accompanying payment of $15 per entry online or by mail is required for entry in the competition. Entries submitted without the entry form and payment will not be considered. Please see Official Rules and Entry Form for more information.

Entries must be successfully uploaded to the Lower Great Lakes NATAS Chapter Channel by March 15, 2012. 

To Submit an Entry

1. Students & Teachers must register for a free SchoolTube account to be able to submit an entry. Register here.
2. Successfully upload your video to the Lower Great Lakes Regional Student Television Awards channel. PLEASE NOTE: When uploading a video onto SchoolTube, please enter the Category Number, Category Name, Title of Entry, and Lower Great Lakes NATAS in the "tags" section during the upload.
3. Wait approximately 1 hour (for encoding) and return to the Lower Great Lakes Regional Student Television Awards channel to find your video and view it.
4. Submit entry form and payment to Lower Great Lakes NATAS.

Judging

Judging will be done by industry and higher ed professionals in the Lower Great Lakes Chapter region.
