The U.S. Army All-American Bowl, produced by SportsLink, is the premier
high school football game in the nation. It features the nation's top 80 high
school senior football players, and thanks to the National Association
for Music Education,
the 91 finest high school senior marching musicians.
The 2009 All-American Marching Band will offer this
once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to
America's most accomplished student
marching musicians. The finest applicants will be nationally recognized through
awards, media, and performance as "All-Americans," just like their
athletic counterparts.
The student musicians selected as All-Americans
will receive airfare, lodging, and meals along with the privilege of performing
together in January 2009 at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
Musicians who will be high school seniors in
January 2009 may apply by the deadline on January 21, 2008.
