At the conclusion of the Monster Project, Hannibal kids evaluate all of the creations from their project partners. Kids have one vote each and all votes will be tabulated worldwide to determine which entry will earn the title of Monster 2008. Example names: Moostackwierdo, Ugly Buger Ghost, Midnight Chickadee, Invincible Tootie, Akhyun Kha Maaran, and Zeemore Seemore. Project partners are from in Turkey, Taiwan, England, Pakistan, Canada, Oklahoma, California, Missouri, Connecticut, New York, Texas, North Carolina, Kansas, Michigan, Washington, North Dakota, New Jersey, and Alaska.
