In April this year we thought it would be good fun to record a song, not only for the experience of recording but also to raise some money for the new Mile Room and Hydro Pool by selling it. So we decided to do "Everything Will Be All Right" by Andy Partridge (He of XTC fame) The song is tremendously uplifting and just right for us. We recorded all the backing music in school using Kevin Adams as our main instrumentalist and musical director, with support from Brad and Jude. Kevin then took the recording to his home studio and remixed all the bits and added some more. In June we all went to Echo Studios in Buckingham where Jamie recorded all the vocals. It was a fantastic experience and everyone was very professional and we managed to record it all after only a few takes! After recording we went to Tesco's for a "slap-up" lunch to celebrate, which was very nice. Kevin then took the mix back to his home studio again and made the final mix, the result being this CD. We hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we did making it.
