Students in Coach Phipps' Introduction to Career Clusters class recently studied the Manufacturing cluster which is part of the 16 Career Clusters adopted by the SC Department of education. The hands on instructional task for this cluster involved working on a "banana split" production line and taste testing the results of their hard labor. The students seemed to enjoy the assembly line work however, they relished the quality assurance test and product consumption.
