Early Childhood Intervention Developmental Education Birth to three is a program of services specifically designed for the early identification and intervention of children exhibiting delays in development. ECI DEBT is a family focused program for children and their parents. This home based program is designed to assist parents as they teach their children. ECI DEBT's goal is to provide support and information to parents, and to help parents become advocates for their child.
