Description:
Check out this video highlighting one of this year's Spirit Chain charities. The theme this year is "Keep It In Kettering" and with the help of the Kettering City Schools, Kettering Education Foundation, Fairmont United Student Body, Christ United Methodist Church, teachers, staff members and local Kettering businesses we are coming together to help feed our young school children in Kettering who are in need. The Kettering Good-To-Go Backpack Program feeds children in our own Kettering elementary schools a healthy meal every weekend that they normally would not have. Last year we fed 135 children and this year we plan on feeding 360 children at the elementary level. With this task comes many hands, much cost, and a tremendous outpouring of love from our supporters.
