Wilma Stephenson from the documentary film "Pressure Cooker" talks about the culinary education of her students and the career success they have achieved, as well as the loss of potential when students are not educated for careers. She is introduced by Richard Grausman, founder of the Careers through the Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP), which supports Mrs. Stephenson's program. Mrs. Stephenson is speaking at the Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) Cooking Up a Career on Capitol Hill event, sponsored by ACTE, BET, Viacom and Participant Media.
