United States Constitution Article 1Section 8 Social Studies Middle School

This video we made for our social studies class while we were learning about the United States Constitution. It is about one of the laws that congress can make. We used one image from Flikr but the rest we drew our selves on paint. This movie was made with Photo Story. The challenges we had making this video were focusing on drawing the pictures which took more time then just finding the pictures.This article exists so the Congress can make laws for the well being of the United Sttates.
