YOUTH-Turn is a project that guides youth through the process of creating programs to turn adversity into action. How adversity is faced will determine recovery, course of action, and impact on others. YOUTH-Turn encourages youth to become a leader turn adversity into action. As part of the National Youth Traffic Safety Month⢠campaign, NOYS is launching a YOUTH-Turn It Around Awards program to reward those who take a traffic adversity that has occurred in a community and turn it into action. Cash prizes totaling $10,000 will be awarded to organizations of winner's choice for the top three winners. This program is made possible through NOYS and the Casey Feldman Memorial Foundation, with the support of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
