The Emerson Student Council Character Education Committee presents their skit on “Pride and Self-Esteem”. The 6th grade committee members perform a skit each month to demonstrate the monthly character trait. The video is shown at the monthly school assembly and shared on SchoolTube. Students who display the monthly character trait are awarded as "Waldo Students of the Month" and receive recognition from the Principal at the school assembly, along with a certificate, Student of the Month Pencil, and a "Waldo Student of Character" button from Student Council.
