We at Still Elementary launched our "Bully BEE Gone" program the week of August 22nd as part of the district-wide initiative to stop and prevent bullying behavior. Our event featured a school-wide initiative where each classroom viewed several short video clips demonstrating bullying behaviors and ways to prevent them, followed up with classroom discussions where students and teachers had open dialogue. At the end of the launch week we held a "Bully BEE Gone" parade school-wide and enlisted our principal and assistant principal to play the parts of a "Bully BEE" and an exterminator.
