Training is provided in culinary arts (a la carte & quantity cooking), commercial baking and dining room operations through a hands-on approach. The program operates a full banquet facility, a breakfast/lunch cart, a retail bakery, and fine-dining restaurant that is student-operated to provide real-life training and experience. Internships and work-study programs are available.
