Ladue alum Jeremy Cropf is the Creative Services Director for Cascade Public Media (PBS) in Seattle, WA. Jeremy has produced and edited PBS programs which have been distributed nationally. On this episode, Jeremy shares his experience as a producer and content creator for such educational programming as Sesame Street, worked with Three Dollar Bill Cinema, which strengthens, connects, and reflects diverse communities through queer film and media, and has a feature length film, "Casualties of the State" streaming on Amazon video. Jeremy discussed his collaborative process, pivoting to have backup plans when issues arise, and his philosophy on filmmaking to give voice to segments of our society whom society sometimes tries to silence . Jeremy also reflected upon his days in the Ladue Broadcast Technology program and the lessons he learned then which he still carries with him to this day.
