The Lost Continent of Mu is a hypothetical landmass proposed by Augustus Le Plongeon in the 19th century. He claimed it was located in the Atlantic Ocean and was home to an advanced civilization. While popularized by James Churchward, there is no scientific evidence to support its existence. The concept is considered pseudoscientific and is often compared to the myth of Atlantis.
