Objective:

Materials:
- Recipe cards or printouts for each of the 31 recipes
- Ingredients for each recipe (can be adjusted based on budget and availability)
- Cooking utensils and equipment
- Optional: Computer or tablet with internet access for research and additional recipe exploration

Procedure:

1. Introduction (10 minutes)
- Begin the lesson by discussing the importance of meal planning and variety in daily meals.
- Show students the collection of 31 recipe cards or printouts, emphasizing the diverse flavors and cuisines represented.
- Explain the objective of the lesson: to explore and try different recipes throughout the month of March.

2. Recipe Exploration (20 minutes)
- Distribute the recipe cards or printouts to each student.
- Instruct students to read through the recipes and make note of any unfamiliar ingredients or cooking techniques.
- Encourage students to ask questions and spark discussions about the recipes they find interesting.

3. Research and Decision-Making (15 minutes)
- If internet access is available, guide students to research more about the recipes that caught their attention.
- Instruct students to choose at least three recipes that they would like to try during the month of March.
