3. Where can I find my videos on SchoolTube if I've uploaded them?

Your uploaded videos on SchoolTube will be available on your user channel. You can access your channel by going to schooltube.com/@username, where "username" is your unique SchoolTube username. All your videos will be listed there for easy access.

4. Can I search for videos individually on SchoolTube if I don't know the user's channel?

Yes, you can search for videos individually on SchoolTube without needing to know the user's channel. Simply use the search bar on the SchoolTube website and enter keywords or phrases related to the video you're looking for. SchoolTube will provide search results based on your query, allowing you to find specific videos easily.

Legacy SchoolTube Users: (Prior to August 10, 2023)

If you have previously registered for an account prior to August 10, 2023, please follow below the instructions to reactivate your new account. This will also migrate over your previous content to the new SchoolTube.com site:

Step 1: Go to https://www.schooltube.com/forgot_password to input your existing email associated with your account to retrieve account information. Make sure to also check your SPAM folder.

Step 2: After Step 1, check your email with a link. Click on the link to create a new password. Then you will use your username, which will be in the email, and your new password that you create.

NEW SchoolTube Users:

If you have never created a password, or want to create a new account, Go to https://www.schooltube.com/register to create a new account.

Existing Users (Registered after August 10, 2023):
Go to https://www.schooltube.com/login to login.

How to Log In?

To log in to your SchoolTube account, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the SchoolTube website at www.schooltube.com.
2. Click on the "Log In" button located at the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your username and password in the provided fields.
4. Click on the "Log In" button to access your account.

If you have forgotten your username or password, you can click on the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" links on the login page to retrieve or reset your login credentials.

I can't log in to my usual ST account?

SchoolTube has been upgraded with new features. You'll need to reset your password to access your account.

How do I find my channel?

To find your channel on SchoolTube, please follow these steps:

2. Click on My Account in the upper-right corner.
3. Click on My Channel link from the dropdown menu.
4. You will then be sent to your channel page with your associated content and videos.

Once I'm on the channel, how do I select a video to view?

After navigating to the desired channel:

Browse through the list of videos available on the channel.
Click on the thumbnail or title of the video you wish to view. The video will start playing.

Why can't I find my channel on SchoolTube?

Due to the recent upgrades, you must reset and follow our help guide to set up your new channel.

How to upload a video?

Please note, you will need to be an A+ SchoolTube user in order to import or upload videos. To become an A+ user, go to: https://www.schooltube.com/import-video

To upload a video to SchoolTube, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your SchoolTube account.
2. Click on the "Import Video" or "Upload Video" button located at the top right corner under My Account.
3. On the Import Video page, copy and paste a YouTube URL to upload an external YouTube Video onto SchoolTube. If you are uploading an MP4, for example, click on the Upload Video and you will sent to the Upload page. Click on the "Select Files" button to choose the video file you want to upload from your computer.
4. Select the video file from your computer and click on the "Open" button.
5. Once the file is selected, you can add a title, description, tags, and select appropriate privacy settings for your video.
6. After filling in the necessary information, click on the "Upload" button to start the upload process.
7. The video will be uploaded to your SchoolTube account. The time it takes to upload will depend on the size of the video file and your internet connection speed.
8. Once the upload is complete, you will see a confirmation message and your video will be available in your account's video library.

Please note that there may be certain restrictions and guidelines for uploading videos on SchoolTube, such as file size limits and content guidelines. Make sure to review these guidelines before uploading your video.

If I upload a video, will SchoolTube automatically create a lesson plan and include it in the video

No, SchoolTube does not automatically generate lesson plans for uploaded videos. However, you have the option to add your own lesson plan in the video description when uploading.

How to create a Playlist?

Step 1: Make sure you are logged in to your account.

Step 2: Click on the "Add to" button under any video.

Step 3: Click on one of your existing titled playlist.

Step 4: If you do not have a playlist created, click on "CREATE NEW" to create a new playlist. Fill in the necessary fields and click "CREATE".

STEP 5: Once you click on create with the new playlist, it will automatically add the video to your new playlist.

How can I create a playlist for my favorite YouTube videos on SchoolTube?

I can't locate my playlist. What should I do?

Please reset your password and follow our help guide to set up your desired playlists. You will need to reconstruct your playlist.

How do I find my videos?

To find your videos on SchoolTube, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your SchoolTube account.
2. Click on your username in the top right corner of the page.
3. Select "My Videos" from the dropdown menu.
4. You will be taken to a page that displays all the videos you have uploaded to your account.

From the "My Videos" page, you can browse through your videos, edit their settings, and manage your video library. If you are unable to find your videos, make sure that you have uploaded them successfully and that they are associated with your account.

How can I find the embed code for a video?

To find the embed code for a video:
While the video is playing, look for a "Share" button or icon (usually represented by an arrow or a link chain symbol) below the video player or on the video player itself.

Click on the "Share" button or icon.
A pop-up or dropdown menu will appear. Look for an option labeled "Embed" or "Embed

Click on it, and the embed code will be displayed. You can then copy this code.

Do you know if my students can upload videos directly to SchoolTube?

Does SchoolTube provide video analytics on my own videos?

Yes! On your dashboard, you will also have the ability to monitor analytics and activity for all of your content.

How can I keep track of the videos I've uploaded?

Go to your account and set up your channel to manage and view your uploaded videos.

Where can I find suggested lesson plans for videos on SchoolTube?

When you watch a video, you can check the description below it. Most videos, though not all, will have a lesson plan associated with them.

Will closed Common Core be automatically added to my uploaded videos?

Currently, SchoolTube does not automatically add Common Core standards to uploaded videos. It's recommended to add tags for correlation to standards via the video uploading option manually to ensure accuracy and accessibility for all viewers.

Is it possible to upload articles to my SchoolTube account?

I have an old embed code. How do I replace it with the new one?

To replace an old embed code with a new one:
Navigate to the platform or website where you've embedded the old video.
Access the editing mode or source code view of the platform or website.
Locate the old embed code. It usually starts with <iframe> and ends with </iframe>.

Delete the old embed code.
Paste the new embed code that you copied from SchoolTube in its place.

Save or update the changes on your platform or website.

2. At the top of the page and click on the "Help" link.
3. On the Help page, you will find a form to fill out with your email address.
