This playlist consists of 33 video study guides for each chapter, an examination of the themes, characters, symbols, and more of Nathaniel Hawthorne’s The Scarlet Letter.  These videos are a great resource for students to better understand the themes and complex characters of The Scarlet Letter.  These videos will also help students analyze how an author’s choices surrounding how to structure the order of events within the text create effects like tension and surprise.
