- Air fryer (demonstration model)
- Assorted foods for air frying (e.g., chicken wings, french fries, vegetables)
- Seasonings and oils for flavoring (optional)
- Cooking utensils (tongs, spatula)
- Timer or stopwatch
- Printable recipe cards for air frying different foods

Procedure:

1. Introduction (10 minutes)
- Begin the lesson by discussing the concept of air frying and its benefits, such as reduced oil usage and healthier cooking options.
- Engage students in a discussion about their familiarity with air fryers and their thoughts on using them.

2. Air Fryer Basics (15 minutes)
