- Discuss the benefits of practicing self-control and body awareness.

2. Demonstration and Practice (15 minutes):
- Demonstrate how to stay completely still by finding a comfortable position and focusing on keeping the body relaxed.
- Guide students through a practice session, starting with short durations (e.g., 30 seconds) and gradually increasing the time as they become more comfortable.

3. Challenge Time (5 minutes):
- Set a specific duration (e.g., 1 minute) for the challenge.
- Start the timer or stopwatch and instruct students to stay completely still during this time.
- Encourage them to focus on their breath and try to maintain a calm and relaxed state.

4. Reflection and Discussion (10 minutes):
- Stop the timer and gather the students in a circle or group.
- Ask students to reflect on their experience and share how they felt during the challenge.
- Facilitate a discussion about the importance of self-control and body awareness, allowing students to share their thoughts and observations.

5. Writing and Closure (5 minutes):
- Instruct students to write a short narrative about their experience during the challenge, describing their thoughts, feelings, and any strategies they used to stay still.
- Provide writing materials and offer guidance as needed.
