Students will enhance their observation and critical thinking skills while exploring the unique shops, architecture, and landmarks of this historic district.

Materials:

Procedure:

1. Introduction (5 minutes):
- Begin the lesson by discussing the concept of historical districts and their significance in preserving a community's heritage.
- Show images or videos of 3rd Street South in Old Naples to capture students' interest and curiosity.

2. Research and Discussion (15 minutes):
- Instruct students to research and find information about the history and cultural importance of 3rd Street South.
