3. Explain to the students that they will be creating their own glowing fairy jars using glow sticks and other materials.
4. Distribute the materials to each student or group of students.
5. Instruct the students to put on safety goggles and gloves to ensure their safety while handling the glow sticks.
6. Carefully cut open a glow stick using scissors and pour the contents into the jar.
7. Add glitter to the jar for extra sparkle and magical effect.
8. Securely tape the lid of the jar to prevent any leakage.
9. Instruct the students to use a paintbrush to apply a layer of Mod Podge or clear glue to the outside of the jar.
10. Encourage the students to tear small pieces of tissue paper or colored cellophane and stick them onto the glue, creating a stained glass effect.
11. Allow the glue to dry completely, ensuring that the tissue paper or cellophane adheres to the jar.
12. Optional: Provide fairy or silhouette templates for students to trace onto the tissue paper or cellophane before sticking them onto the jar.
13. Once the glue is dry, remove the tape from the lid and close the jar tightly.
14. Turn off the lights and observe the glowing effect of the fairy jars.

Assessment:
- Observe students' engagement and participation during the activity.
