- CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.5.NF.A.1: Add and subtract fractions with unlike denominators by replacing given fractions with equivalent fractions in such a way as to produce an equivalent sum or difference of fractions with like denominators.

Objectives:
- Students will watch I Can Cook Full Episode Compilation #5.
- Students will identify fractions used in the recipes and represent them on a number line diagram.
- Students will explain why fractions are equivalent using visual fraction models.
- Students will practice adding and subtracting fractions with unlike denominators.

Materials:
- I Can Cook Full Episode Compilation #5 (available on appropriate platforms)
- Paper and writing utensils for students

Procedure:

1. Introduction (5 minutes):
