Materials Needed:

- Experimental materials (e.g., dirty surfaces, stains, etc.)
- Safety equipment (gloves, goggles, etc.)

Procedure:

1. Introduction (10 minutes):
- Engage students by discussing the prevalence of cleaning hacks and their popularity on social media and the internet.
- Explain that the goal of the lesson is to examine these hacks scientifically and determine whether they are effective or merely myths.
- Encourage students to share any cleaning hacks they have heard or tried.
