Materials:

- Stopwatch or timer

Procedure:

1. Introduction (10 minutes)
- Begin the lesson by asking students if they have heard of or participated in the "Don't Look Away" challenge.
- Discuss the concept of focus and attention and why it is important in everyday life.
- Introduce the "Don't Look Away" challenge and explain its purpose in testing and improving focus and attention skills.
