Parents will practice implementing these life hacks and reflect on their effectiveness in improving their parenting skills.

Procedure:
1. Introduction (5 minutes):
- Explain the concept of life hacks and how they can help parents simplify and improve their parenting responsibilities.
- Emphasize the importance of time management, promoting positive behaviors, and creating a nurturing environment for children.
2. Presentation and Discussion (30 minutes):
- Provide parents with the list of 33 useful life hacks for smart parents.
- Go through each life hack, explaining the concept and discussing potential benefits and challenges.
- Encourage parents to share their experiences and insights related to each life hack.
3. Reflection and Planning (20 minutes):
- Instruct parents to choose at least five life hacks that they find most relevant and beneficial to their parenting style and challenges.
- Provide time for parents to reflect on how they can implement these life hacks in their daily routines.
