Procedure:

1. Introduction (10 minutes):
- Begin by discussing the game of Tic Tac Toe and its objective: to get three of your symbols (X or O) in a row, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
- Engage students in a brief discussion about their prior knowledge or experiences with playing Tic Tac Toe.

2. Understanding the Game Board (10 minutes):
- Use the whiteboard or chart paper to draw a Tic Tac Toe game board (3x3 grid).
- Explain the structure of the game board, consisting of nine squares and two players taking turns to place their symbols (X or O) in the empty squares.
- Familiarize students with the numbering system for the squares (1-9), which will be used to reference them during the lesson.

3. Basic Strategies (15 minutes):
- Introduce the concept of winning strategies in Tic Tac Toe:
- Placing three symbols in a row
- Blocking the opponent from forming a winning line
- Creating multiple winning opportunities

7. Conclusion (5 minutes):
