Grade Level: K-2

Objective: By the end of this lesson, students will explore and perform a variety of easy magic tricks and science experiments, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and understanding of scientific principles. They will learn basic magic techniques, practice following instructions, and engage in hands-on learning experiences.

Common Core Standards:
- CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.W.K.2: Use a combination of drawing, dictating, and writing to compose informative/explanatory texts.
- CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.SL.1.5: Add drawings or other visual displays to descriptions when appropriate to clarify ideas, thoughts, and feelings.
- CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.K.MD.A.2: Directly compare two objects with a measurable attribute in common, to see which object has "more of"/"less of" the attribute, and describe the difference.

Materials:
- Materials specific to each magic trick and science experiment (e.g., cups, water, balloons, magnets)
- Visual examples of magic tricks and science experiments (e.g., pictures, samples)

Procedure:

1. Introduction (5 minutes):
- Introduce the concept of magic and science experiments, explaining that they can be fun and educational.
- Show visual examples of easy magic tricks and science experiments to spark students' curiosity and interest.

2. Exploration and Research (15 minutes):
- Allow students to explore different magic tricks and science experiments by looking at visual examples or browsing through books or online resources.
- Encourage them to choose a few tricks and experiments that they find interesting or exciting.

3. Trick/Experiment Presentation (20 minutes):
- Divide the students into small groups and assign each group a specific magic trick or science experiment.
